It's not what you Know it's what you Do

I remember when I started buying Real Estate. My first property was a 3 bed 1 bath home I went to look at because I lived in a 1 bedroom. 

When I got to the Condo I didn't really like the layout or the area all that much. What I did think about was maybe starting a rental business. I also had a partner and we started the first of 8 buys in that part of my real estate investing. 

I had never purchased a course or had any formal training on real estate. I quickly learned by doing it. It was not something I knew or went to expensive courses for I just did it. 

That was a 25+ years ago and 1400 properties later. I wish I had someone like me. I could have had more guidance on how to keep everything moving. Interest rates were 8 1/2% then and I still made money leasing a property. 

People today sometimes just need to move forward in whatever makes you tick and what to get up in the morning for. 

Since being a Realtor and a lot more properties my clients' portfolios have profited a lot off the knowledge I received just because I Tried it. 

Making a decision to do something takes action and that requires moving forward and getting started.
