We are lucky to be able to buy and sell real estate any time we would like. Being a Realtor allows me to see many happy home buyers and investors that are my clients. They call and visit me to buy and sell their homes.
In today's super high level home buying you have to have a Realtor that has their ear to the ground on a daily basis. For example a good friend and a Realtor called me yesterday to tell me about some real estate that my clients might want. We discussed the numbers and I will be showing the property to my client today. That gives my client an advantage.
Another agent called me yesterday and we are trying to get another home purchased for a client. The client thought there was to much work and did not want the home. The agent for the seller called and we are trying to work out the repairs to my clients satisfaction. It gives my client time to look at other properties and decide what they want to do.
Real Estate freedom needs a Real Estate agent to assist in finding the most homes that you can choose from. Realtors are like the Walmart of finding homes. Walmart has about everything you need to live, and they have a lot of it.
Real estate gives you freedom to live where ever you want, you do have to pay for it. The freedom is getting the home that suits your needs and wants.
