When you go shopping at any particular store you pretty much know why your there and what you find and want you can buy. As long as you pay for the item the store will bag it up and let you take it. We all know that is pretty much the case in shopping.
I was looking for a new vehicle a month back and went to many different sites and visited 3-4 showrooms. Price and amenities where very important to me, because I spend a lot of time in my vehicle. I met a salesman that really understood my needs and I purchased a vehicle from them.
Real estate is a bit like both scenario's except some stores (websites) you look and find a home you like have already sold....bummer. I have people call me all the time that see homes on websites that have been sold for a while. That is a waste of your time and life.
Good news is there is a better way to find real estate. My personal website gets you up to date homes that are for sale and new ones that just came on the market. The website is updated directly from the MLS and you can have confidence that what home you see will almost always be available.
Just put a clients home they liked in escrow, they used my website to see all the new homes and current homes that where available. They called me and I did the rest.........Finding a home was not stressful for them because they had great information.
