We get are clients some of the finest assets available on the market today. We find them, rehab them, and lease them. We have a recommended property management company that has kept our clients very happy with their incomes.

I have personally purchased 100's of homes and have learned how every type of asset work for the good or bad. I then created a template to follow, that gets me the best information available to purchase based on past results.

I talk to investors almost on a daily bases and their problems are almost always the same. No rent, Bad property management, Lower rents and maintenance. Basically no one really cares.

These are the main ingredients that need to be addressed before you purchase a home not after. Knowing all the information before hand is really important to making each asset a success.

We personally go to each purchase and take pictures and videos to catalog the rehab process. We also understand that the home needs to get the rents projected. We get our projected rents 95% of the time with our cutting edge marketing.

We also have the contracting crews to get the properties rehabbed and leased.

When leasing a home you need to screen potential clients and understand what you are looking at and be able to know the tenant and if they are a good fit for a home.

Just in the last two weeks we have leased 5 homes. They rented for the projected amount except one which we got an extra $50 a month for the client.
