Working With an Experienced Real Estate Agent



Great article from https://www.thebalance.com/ that describes some of the benefits of working with an experienced agent. Me personally, I have been in a Full time Realtor for 19 years and have purchased, sold and rented 100's and 100's of homes. I have pictures to prove it : )

I am part of the 10% of agents that consistently produce every year for my clients. It's getting up everyday and looking for real estate for my buyers and investors. It's also getting contracts on all my listings that includes rentals. I am amazed at how many different type of people I meet every year, they are interesting and have many different needs.

The first question you should as an potential agent for yourself is how many homes have they sold (not their team) and how long have they been in the business.  That is so important to understand what that agents experience is and if they have been successful.

Solutions and finding the right home is what and agent must do to be successful. I have a team of professionals on my staff and vendors that can handle just about every type of a homes issue. 

Knowing the areas and values is crucial and it takes a lot of time in the business and many sold properties to understand each individual area. Being Licensed in Ohio and Arizona each state is totally different in the way you look and price a neighborhood.
