Recently I found a great tool to get my properties noticed on the internet. The tool literally gets me 600,000+ more views than I had before. It is very important to get a Realtor that understands technology and embraces it.

That can make all the difference in you finding a property or selling a property. I recently set up a Flat Fee listing service that starts at $1000, and basically does everything but Open Houses.

I see the changes coming in the market and adjust my clients needs for them. For example all my properties have their own websites and are connected to a CRM Software. This allows me to advertise my listings daily and keep them in front of potential buyers.

Instagram is a newer platform to advertise on, and is quickly becoming a great place to advertise real estate. Facebook owns Instagram . They have less restrictions and get more eyes on a home than other platforms do.

In order for Real Estate business's to grow you have to think ahead of the curve and be prepared for the changes. Embracing them will only make clients happier with their results.
