Buying income real estate can be a very profitable and cash flowing adventure. The key is having a Realtor that understands every facet of the business. They need to know rents, values, rehab cost, , marketing the home to get top rents, Managing and to ultimately sale the property.
I get calls almost on a weekly basis from investors that have purchased high income property at very low prices, only to find out they are not income properties. They become money pits that a investor cannot wait to sell, and they loss a lot of money doing it.
