Things You Can Do To Stand Out From Other Real Estate Agents

When I got my real estate license in 2000 I wanted to carve out niche services that would help me stand out as a Realtor. Being a new agent I needed to do something different in order to make it.  So I wanted to share a few of the services that I provide clients that help me stand out and gets more information to clients. 

YouTube has been around for a very long time and I have used it for the last 10 years. Over 4000 videos and counting. My YouTube channel gets clients that do not live in my area information on their real estate purchases. I do about 6-10 videos a week to update my clients on the progress of their properties. It keeps them calm and me in front of them. 

There is a great app that literally blows away texting it called Whatapp and it is owned by Facebook. This app allows you to transfer files and call all over the world for FREE. If you want to open an international business then Whatsapp is a must.  

High commission listings are a problem for some home owners. Let's face it not all homes are hard to sell if your marketing system is already set up to get a lot of potential buyers to the home. I have a Full Service Flat Fee Listing that save clients money and gets their homes sold!  This service allows me to get a lot more listings and clients.
