Ok Avalon Real Estate have been opened for almost 1 year, and we opened the management part of our company because we wanted there to be very quality options for our clients. Over the last year we have not been focused on growth at all, just making sure our clients where happy and setting up systems to keep clients properties producing income. We currently manage 100 properties.
During the last year we had 0 evictions and have kept rent coming in during the Covid-19 pandemic. That is because of the systems we have set up to help ensure we have good tenants.
We purchase homes in great areas that attract quality tenants that want to live in the locations we purchase in. That does two things for our clients, the property has a high demand to be leased and they stay for the term of the lease or more.
The property management is called Avalon Real Estate company that is not affiliated with any other property management companies. Lori Young is the Broker of the company and we have a full staff of people to handle all the needs of properties.
In fact we have 0 vacant properties in Cleveland Metro and keep our clients real estate portfolios pro-forming. That requires a lot of work on the property management side. That is why we insist on only managing high quality real estate. It makes our jobs easier and makes our clients investments perform at a high level.
When a management has a lot of real estate that has a huge tenant turnover it creates a lot of work and expense for the management and investors. That is not good and usually means vacant properties and in being in court evicting tenants which is not what any investors want to do.
