I rarely talk about property management because I do not do it. My wife Lori who is a Ohio Broker set up Avalon Group Realty to just do property management. Talking to her on a pretty regular basis (she is my wife) she shares how the management company operates.
One of the issues I like to hear about is the tenants and how they are paying. Lori has has almost no vacancies and almost all the properties are current on their rent. That means that clients are happy with the service and love their real estate.
Being in investment/income real estate myself since 1985 having a good property manger is crucial. We have a great property manger we use for one of our properties out of state.
