Having a Strategy for Selling Real Estate


Selling a home or an investment home is a big deal to your wealth and pocketbook. Getting the best price and knowing when to sell and not to sell. 

Being in the real estate business since 1985 I have seen a lot of economies and none are the same. Every expert has their opinion on the future. 

I look at the needs for me and my clients on today's basis only. No one has a crystal ball that they can see to the future of real estate.

 The facts today are home buyers cannot find homes a lot of times and struggle to purchase that dream home. Investors are looking for deals and there are very few out in the market. So that tells me that it may be time to sell. 

What is the old saying? If the market is up you sell. There are still good deals out there to buy but you need a trained eye and a professional that knows where and how to look for them. 

If you have purchased a property or investment that is not living up to the expectations that you thought it would, it is definitely time to sell your property. I am doing that for investors that did not purchase from me but ask if I would assist in selling their real estate.
