Agents always say how do you get 100+ transactions finished every year? That is a great question and it needs to be looked at.

One of the ways I do it is finding awesome clients that want to buy real estate on a continual basis. Most Brokers and or coaches do not teach how you can get this accomplished. I personally rarely take buyers out at all, and help my clients purchase 60+ homes a year. It is a time saver and gets me a lot of new transactions every year.

My listing program this year and it has been a huge success. This year I have sold many listings that are have closed. My clients are very happy because they got excellent prices for their real estate. One property my client purchased about 8 years ago for $13,000 in Ohio City, is closing in December for $140,000. He is very happy and excited to get that property sold! 

I have helped my clients leased many properties this year. My system creates the top rents for clients and gets them the most eyes on their properties to get them leased to quality tenants. 

Marketing is a key component to being successful in Real Estate Sales. Most brokerages will never get you the details on a daily schedule to get your services noticed and more importantly used! 

Going to endless classes that never get to the details is meaningless and a time sucker. Get the details and start building your business as big as you want.
