How to save money with Income Real Estate

 


Rehabbing a rental property is not the same as rehabbing a flip. There are a lot of investors that put too much money in their rental properties. Just so you can have some background on me I have leased properties since 1985 and have consistently received the highest rents for me and my clients.  I have also flipped many homes and rehabbed them before being sold. We had a property in Parma for lease that was being shown and 8 potential tenants wanted that property. Good news for 2 of them is that we were finishing up 2 other homes in Parma. The homes were not finished but close to being done. Two of the 7 tenants that did not get the property they came to lease, instead leased the other two properties.  It's all about the location of the home and some updates like Painting, Flooring (Sometimes), and just general updating.
