Why are only 13% of Realtors still in the business after 5 years? That is the big question that every new agent and existing agent has to ask themselves.

I started being a Realtor in 2000 and immediately started looking on how to get my business started and noticed. Marketing came to my mind first and I knew I needed to learn how to get my message out.

There are a lot of Real Estate agents that do not market and that is not going to help a business. 

I started sending postcards weekly in 2000 and made $60,000 my first year in Real Estate. How did I do that? MARKETING!

Fast forward to 2022 and I have built a great marketing presence that has generated millions in commissions and have got my message out to the public. I have done that with content and videos. 

My blog Clevelandincomerealestate.com has almost 5 million hits and my YouTube Channel has 1000's of videos that get my business noticed. Just last night a potential client had seen me in one of my videos.
