Rehab is probably the second highest cost in buying income real
estate. When I started buying fixer upper properties I quickly had to
learn how to rehab and at a good cost.
Having
vendors that understand my business and knowing my volume of homes I do
and understand that they will be getting consistent work from me and my
clients.
I also do videos that keep my
clients updated on a weekly basis like the one here I downloaded here. I
do before and after pictures in each home I do also.
