Reducing Risk in Real Estate takes Management

 


Buying investment real estate locally or abroad needs systems to ensure that a property is completed and leased. It also needs a professional that has been in the business and has been very successful.

This weekend I saw an investor that has multiple homes that are not making money because the rehab was not finished. The stress was on the investors face and they needed help. My system would have finished those properties a long time ago.

Investment real estate is a lot more than finding a great deal and a good location. Each property needed to be managed through all the different facets until completion. You also need to be able to get a budget and a professional idea on what to expect on the approx profit of the project.

If you have income real estate that needs to be operated for a long term, you need a management company to keep up on all the details. The management company also needs to do this for a period of time. Sometimes a long period of time.

This is all the details I do for my clients getting them the best services because of the many properties I have added to the property management (Avalon Group Realty).

 Doing literally 100's and 100's of real estate projects and finishing them gives me the resume to help investors reduce their risk and make money.
