Finding affordable real estate can be a huge challenge for any real estate investor. The more affordable the worse the property seems to be. I see a lot of gurus that show the great buys in real estate but I never see the after effects? What did the home do? Did it make money or not?
The home in this video made over $9000 net rent and we are raising the monthly rent to $1200 a month. That will elevate this client's income $1200 a year. The equity is also building well for thei clients' property.
The other factor is we turned the rehab around in a week and it will be up for lease quicker making the client even more income.
