Most Everyone is a Top Realtors?

 

The key to any Realtor is what are they good at? Is there any unique service they offer that potential clients want or need? This is what most successful Realtors have is a specialty in services.

Then there are some services that are harder than others. I do income/investment real estate and it can be very demanding. Having to purchase a property, Rehab, Lease it and then hand it over to the property management and let it create income for my client takes a lot of my time.

Having the tools and boots on the ground (connections) can also be a huge benefit for a Realtor and their clients.

I have set up rehab crews and consulted with property management to help set up a high income real estate business.

This is what it takes to be a Top Producer and to get to 6 Million dollars it's a lot of work. Not counted in those numbers are 47 homes I leased in 2022.

Marketing needs to be a special service that every Realtor uses and needs and should do daily for their clients and their business. Today I am marketing 5 new rentals that need to be leased ASAP.

There are a lot of top producers in the Realtor business and the work that goes on behind the scenes is amazing. It's very hard to be a top producer, especially over many years.
