 Why do 87% of all Realtor's fail in the 5 years? Because their brokerages do not teach all the service and ways to get a steady and consistent income being a Realtor.


In 2000 I got my Real Estate License and quickly realized that getting consistent commissions was not an easy task. I started setting up a system that would generate me consistent 6 figure income in my business.

Today I have a thriving real estate business that will succeed in any Real Estate market good or bad. The money I make monthly is because of all the different services I set up in my business that creates consistent profit for me month in month out.

Most brokerages want you to bang on doors and cold call and that is not always bad. The problem is you will burn out on it and be part of the 87% failures. Let's face it, who wants to call day in and day out?
 


The other issue is after a deal is completed as a Realtor you have to go out and start all over creating a commission check. That is not what I wanted to do daily for the last 23 years.

So I set up a system of services that create more than just commissions. It makes more services that make more money and I have clients calling me for help on their real estate.
