Selling homes today is a lot easier than it was 2 years ago, but you still need to know value and marketing of the home. I was with a client yesterday that needed to know homes that where listed in the area he wanted. As he saw the homes he punched up the app I installed for him and he saw homes for sale in the area and the prices. He now has a tool that assist him in seeing real estate available in each area. Information is everything....
When you are selling a home, your home needs every app so any potential client can see. We have all our homes listed on those apps, and there are a lot of them. The more people see your home the better price you get. Just listed a home last night at 8 pm and already have 2 showing this morning. The information got out to the right agents so that their homes would have the best exposure in this market.
