Sure the buyers do not have to except your inspection from a licensed inspector, but in my experience they usually do.  The most stress for any house sell is usually the inspection and if you already have had an inspection you can relax. There are many types of inspectors in the business and controlling the repairs and issues before you sell your home can save you both money and time.

2. Cleaning your home up and making it look bigger is a great way to get more money. I see pictures in the MLS that have rooms full of furniture and clothes in some cases. Cleaning up your home and making it look more open will get more buyers interested in it.

3.
