Discover Your Niche To Level-Up Your Real Estate Business

Got the title from a great article at https://www.forbes.com/ that talks about making your real estate decisions based on a formula and area.

"Being good at a lot of things is one way to end up broke. That may sound counterintuitive, but have you ever heard the expression “Jack of all trades, master of none?” The problem with being a jack of all trades is that the masters are the ones making all the money."

Our company only focus's on quality real estate that creates income and is trending with equity growth. There are a lot of cheap real estate that looks attractive and the pictures look great also. As an investor you should do your research of an area and study the demographics.

That will help you understand the area and the why anybody would live there. A great example is Chagrin Falls Ohio super place to live and people want to live near the village. The key is getting the right property. Most buyers in that area do not like fixer uppers and want a move in ready home. The city has all the amenities you would ever need and the school system is very good.

When you key on the type of investment you want for your portfolio start writing contracts and getting one. Real estate is about getting some offers out and looking for the deals. We personally have an assistant that just writes contracts for out clients and we get properties. We currently have 6 in escrow.

Level up in your real estate and make more money with stable tenants and lower maintenance. We have 20 properties that we have purchased for a client and everyone of those units pay their rent. The property management  has had to evict 0 people in the last 2 years. We purchased 100's of great income real estate.
