Buying any type of real estate whether is be to live or invest in is a huge decision. I work with clients everyday that have a well devised plan on what they want. As a Realtor I have to be there for my clients if they need anything real estate related. A lot of Realtors including myself do real estate everyday and that can benefit our clients, Knowing the cities and their amenities help clients make a more informed decision.
Just yesterday we wrapped up a deal in Pepper Pike and my client needed information on moving and where to get boxes to start packing. I created a list of people and businesses that had what they wanted. I am also assisting them in some repairs and making sure that the new items are installed before they move in to their lovely new home.
Some of my clients that purchase income real estate with me I also have to tailor a plan that works for them. Help keep their rehab projects on time and budget. Also communicating weekly with videos and emails that cap the week and what was done.
I also have clients that want to sell their homes and that takes open houses and marketing. My listings require attention on a daily basis, answering calls and getting offers for the homes. Just yesterday I talked with on client that wanted to go over the strategy to sell his families home. We created a plan to get the home sold and it will get done.
There are times when real estate can be emotional and stressful that is why you need a seasoned Realtor to help you handle all the issues that are in purchasing a home. That is what ma an my team do, handle all the heavy lifting while you get you home or investment purchased and closed.
