I don’t know if you remember there was a radio show on that always add the rest of the story. The announcer would talk about today’s news and give you the background of all the information behind the story.
There is so much an agent must do before closing a property. This week I had simultaneous closings and need to insure that the sellers moved out quickly after closing the property. I met with them the night before and they informed me when they would be moved out.
The most exciting thing a Realtor can do is give s new buyer their keys to their new home. After 1 year of looking for the perfect property this lovely couple got their perfect home.
I do a lot of contracting for clients and I am working on 4 homes right now. When you give the client a estimate on the rehab, they expect it to be very close to that. As a Contractor/Realtor I really have to get the job done right to Lease or Sale a home. The burden is on me to get that done correctly.
I personally shoot a lot of videos and take a lot of pictures for my clients for updates. Dealing with International buyers and sellers it is a great way to communicate. Just this week a client needed to see their home in video early. This home has taken a few extra weeks and they where pushing for it to be finished. My video helped them to understand that we where doing a lot of extra work to ensure the home was done correctly.
Every day and week I am challenged to get real estate right and I love it. Clients depend on my performance and being right on the numbers. What goes on in the back end of real estate is challenging and takes a lot of seasoning. That is what I am good at and get done for my clients.
