Real Estate is always changing and so are the terms. Keeping up with the changing market requires an agent that does it everyday. Buying any real estate course is not needed to learn real estate. The cost of some programs can almost buy you a home.
If your buying a home to live in or to invest in you need to look at agents that understand the cost of rehab and getting great deals for their clients. I have personally done both types of real estate and really enjoy both types of homes.
If you need to sale a home, what better agent to get then an agent that understands values in both investment and retail real estate. You might have a home that needs a little TLC, and need to sell quick. We may have a buyer already lined up to purchase your home. You can also choose to do the TLC and get more money for your home.
Either scenario I have done. Selling 100's of homes and rehabbing 100's also gives me the unique knowledge of both types of homes.
