Real Estate is a funny thing and there are many different types of options to choose from. There are homes everywhere for sale and finding the right one can be difficult. Even in the winter time.
That's where I come in, doing 100's of homes with my clients gives me the privilege of knowing almost all the areas and how they fit peoples needs. I do a lot of them in the Holiday seasons.
This month we have 18 homes in escrow, that is finding a lot homes that people need. With the holiday season on us, it is a great time to start looking for a home. The buyers and sellers that stay connected to the real estate market may have a lot to gain.
Last December we sold a home in 4 days the week of Christmas Eve. That client was connected to the real estate market and also purchased a better home that fit their needs.
I also purchased a property in the Chagrin Falls are for a project home. I sold that home in 10 days.
Real estate is also a funny thing because a lot of Realtors and people say that winter is a bad time to buy and sell real estate. That is the furthest thing from the truth. Winter is a great time to sell and also find great deals. People are usually happy during the holiday season and they want to get things done by the end of the year.
