Thinking of Christmas and Real Estate

Every Christmas and the holidays we always cannot believe how fast the year went. It seems as we get older our years fly by faster. This year is no different, but the real estate market is changing in today's market.

December has been a banner month for our business is a high sales month. We sold a lot of homes and it seems that buyers are coming out of the woodwork needing real estate. I could have sold another 10+ homes in December if the inventory was there. It is not!

Finding homes and getting them closed is the job of the real estate agent. Inspections, Appraisals, and getting the transaction close needs a seasoned agent. Sure there are a lot of real estate agents to choose from, but look at the transactions they have done before you pick one. We buy homes for every typr of buyers, Investors and homes owners.

Buying a home to live or invest in cost a lot of money, having the right agent by your side saves you both time and money. The way to do that is look at the real estate agents services and what they offer. We have a ton of services for our clients.

For example my clients get a full menu of vendors that save them money, Licensed contractors, experience in over 1000+ transactions, knowledge of real estate transactions, dealing with other agents professionally, answering their phone (important) and are they full time.

I heard a statistic that 95% of real estate agents do not make it. It is a hard job because you do not get paid unless you close transactions. Getting an agent that has been in the business for a at least 5 years or better can give you the upper hand on getting the best real estate deal.
