To Stand Out In Real Estate you need to get results

There are over 1 million real estate agents in the United States, a very low percentage do most of the transactions year to year. When your wanting a home to live or invest in results matter and you need to understand your agents skill sets.

Just yesterday we purchased a property for a client that we thought the seller would not agree to the price. The key was stating the facts on the property and understanding the cost of repairs that where needed. The selling agent did an excellent job at getting the deal done also.

Realtors are specialized in different areas and understand the areas they do business in. Being an agent from Arizona I understood that all cities in a metro area have homes that need purchased and sold. Therefore I travel 300-500 miles a week looking at them for my clients every week. That gives me the upper hand on more homes that my clients can tap into.

There was a client I sold a home for in Chagrin Falls and purchased their new home in Wooster. That is quite a distance, but that is what my clients needs where at the time and I took care of them. Below is a video that shows some of the homes we have sold this year. 

To stand out in real estate you also need services that your clients can tap into, like attorneys, CPA's, Insurance, and other services that a client may need on a purchase. We give these people a lot of business which in turn allows our clients to save money with them. 

As a real estate agent I need to create value for my services and be consistent delivering them. My cell phone is on all the time, and sometimes I get calls at inconvenient times. The phone still needs to be answered and dealt with. 

Had a call on a home I was selling when I was at a movie. I walked out of the theater to deal with the selling agents questions to assist them in dealing with their buyers. Sometimes it is not pleasant and Realtors have to go the extra mile to make sure that both parties involved in the transactions are getting what they are asking for.

Everyday is different and so is every real estate market, finding the Realtors that stand out and give their clients value is the perfect recipe for buying and selling real estate.
