To me videos are a crucial part of buying and selling real estate. Here is a WhatsApp I received on videos I sent a client on their home update.
"You have no idea how happy I am to see the progress on the homes"
Videos can work in two ways, Marketing and updating and through YouTube and it's FREE! Updating a client who is not in the area really boost their confidence on the asset and let's them sleep at night. Either way it's an extra service that I have that makes the client happy.
Videos can also be done on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media outlets to get the word out on homes. This is also a great way to advertise the asset and yourself. People always tell me they do not want to be to much about selling themselves. I tell them to get out of the business, because it hurts your clients if you do not do videos and advertise you are the expert for their real estate needs.

Nothing that is fancy, but real and informative.
Good Cameras are north of $200 and all you need to do is have it with you when your out doing real estate.
Here's one I have made for $10 on Fiverr.com and uploaded it on YouTube. It gets my business information out in a way potential clients can see my services.
