Real Estate is not just a piece of paper with numbers, it's a place someone will call home. I was chatting with a investor that had some real estate that he did not like. It was a property that he just looked at the piece of paper. Having all the details of that properties area and tenant retention he may have decided differently on that home purchase.
Real estate hustle means getting in the car and driving to each area an knowing what is the benefits of living in that area. That rule applies for all sorts of properties. I always say buying real estate where people want to live not where they have to live.

That is part of the real estate hustle being there everyday and knowing what properties that come on the market that might fit your clients needs. Looking at all the new real estate daily keeps me updated and knowing what is going on in the areas I like.
I had lunch with a client this week that really appreciated how hard that we worked to keep him in real estate and getting the good assets. He also loved the videos and pictures on his home.
