EXP Realty gives out their Icon Agent awards to a few of their agents that have sales and what the agent gives back to their community. The standards are high and the winners are few, about 1% of all agents in EXP Realty gets this award. The above picture is my 2019 Icon Agent award I just received for this year.
That award tells my clients that I am getting them real estate and serving their needs. Buying and selling real estate these days is not easy, mainly because of the lack of inventory. That is why it is so important being with an agent that cannot only find real estate, but can also get it.
I am always trying to think outside the box to get my clients more properties for their portfolios and clients that need a place to call home. We also lease a lot of homes for top dollar for our clients.
Was with a potential client yesterday that had a home that was leased out for $75 less a month than the areas demand. That is a $900 loss for the year in revenue. It is easy to lease properties under market, less work and pure laziness. We make sure that we get the most for our properties, check out the video below.
I specialize in finding homes in hard to get areas, they are areas that a lot of people want to live in. These homes require attention on a daily basis and knowing what is on the market daily. I look at 100's of homes weekly and get my clients good deals on their real estate.
