2019 was a banner year for both my company and my clients, we purchased, Leased, and Sold over 125 properties this year! I will be creating a video to show a lot of the properties we did this year and their results.
On the leasing end we helped create over $60,000 or $720,000 yearly leases for our clients. That was created through our cutting edge marketing and excellent real estate purchases. We have strict background and credit checks on each potential tenant!
We also rolled out our new Full Service Flat Fee Listing package in September it has been a giant success. Giving sellers an option to save money and still get all the advertising you would get on a full service listing. In fact I believe we do a lot more marketing on a listing than most agents do for homes.
My wife also became a broker and we opened up a property management company. The Property management has been a total success and we now manage over 70 properties. We do not want to be the biggest, just the best! The great thing about out management company is that we manage all the homes we purchase for our clients.
There are a lot of homes that we will not manage, because they would not benefit our clients and their getting the best property management. We have had very few evictions this year and understand what a great income property is.
As always we communicated a lot with our clients through Videos and Pictures. This is a unique service we offer to our clients so that they can see and hear what is going on in their homes. We believe that communication is the key to every transaction.
