Whether you like the quarterback of the New England Patriots Tom Brady or not the guy is 42 and still at the top of his game being quarterback. He is not trying to be a running back, Offensive linemen, or ant other position he is being what he is great at a Quarterback! He practices and works hard to keep producing wins for his team!
To me that is the way real estate is done correctly, being great at what you do. That is why we have a property management division and a Real estate division. They are two totally separate companies that do different facets in real estate.
For example Lori is the Broker of Property manager and her day is spent making sure that rents are collected and reports are sent. Income is very important to real estate owners and they want to see those checks every month. That is what our property management is very good at, getting income! Currently we manage over 70 properties, that are generating very good income for our clients.
Buying and Selling real estate is done by me and our real estate division. Buying and selling real estate takes a lot effort. Everyday I am personally looking at all the new real estate that comes on the market and many other homes. Staying on top of the real estate market takes a lot of time and you need to be on top of it to get real estate.
I see a lot of homes listed by property management companies that just sit on the market. Their expertise is not in selling real estate, but leasing and managing the property.
