I have been taking pictures and videoing for my clients for the past 10 years. I do this to keep them informed and they do not have to physically be at the home. Notice I always start out in front of the home so they know it is their home. That is important for them to see.

This client is from Canada and cannot get to their property and needed me to finish and list the property. This video was shot on Friday and I will be getting final pics today to list the property. In Ohio real estate is still booming and getting this property on the market ASAP is important.
This is a service I believe is very important to my clients to not only keep them updated in a time like this, but also keeping them updated as we are rehabbing the home.
