Housing Market still looking very strong

I found a article in https://www.housingwire.com/ that talked about the strong housing market. Again it mentioned the Northeast is the strongest real estate market of all. The demand for housing is high and the inventory still stays low.

I study a lot of real estate trends and still think we are 3-5 years out to having a regular real estate market. It also would depend on the election in November also.

New medium priced homes where not being built from 2008-2016 because of the high cost of regulations from the government. If you noticed only luxury real estate was being built a that time.

Fast forward to 2020 and we have inventory issues and low interest rates. That is a recipe for success if you can get the real estate. New homes are being built, but they have 10 years to catch up with.

Leasing and selling real estate today is very good if you have the right real estate agent and they know how to market your property. Last week of June we had 30+ people show up at an open house. That was because of a lot of marketing.  We received more money than we where asking for that property.

The real estate market will stay strong through at least 2023. The economy is getting back, and even without the economy we had record sells in the first half of 2020.

With the strong housing market you need a professional that can get your real estate needs done. I can save you both time and money! Call Me I'm Brett ICON Agent at EXP Realty 216-703-5740 or our can text "information" to 1-937-500-0745
