That is a great question that a lot of international investors need to think about. Personally almost all my clients are international and I understand that they need consistent information and updates on their real estate.
That is why I do most of my updating through videos..each week during rehab my clients gets updates on the process of their property. This keeps their minds at ease and they get total disclosure on the property.
I also like to send weekly updates on the Cleveland Real Estate market through video. This allows my clients even when they are buying and not buying to understand the current status of the Cleveland market. This is very important to know, because of property values and the investor making informed choices.

It is important for intentional investors to have professionals on the ground to help keep their investments creating income and being maintained. A professional is someone willing to share their resume and properties that they are currently managing. I personally think that they need to be licensed also.
We also have our own licensed property management that takes care of the our clients properties. We where not happy with a lot of property management companies so we started our own. It has been a big success for our clients and their pocketbooks.
Investing internationally you need a local company that gets all your needs handled under on roof. That is what we do, we make things easier for our clients.
