Being a Real Estate Agent with Purpose not pain


 When you are a Real Estate agent you need to have a purpose when you are serving clients and getting knowledge to the market. If you do not have that you will have a lot of pain to deal with in your career. 

When I started as a Realtor in 2000 I quickly figured out I wanted to have a purpose and unique services that my clients would need and want. That made me stand out as a Realtor with unique services.

 For example I quickly set up rehab crews that could service my clients at a great price and get the job done. Now with over 1000 transactions under my belt that service has been used a lot with my clients.

Purpose is also getting quality real estate for my clients and walking away from not so quality deals. Selling real estate and helping investors lease properties. Basically a one stop shop for all my clients.

I am consistent on services and always keeping the clients best interest in mind. Consistence is not easy when you are tired or don't always feel like working. I see Realtors who get going very well and then start to relax and not be on top of items daily. That is a mistake and happens often.

Last year an agent came to me and wanted me to mentor them and teach them how my business keeps going at such a high pace and demand. So I created my own coaching program that shows how Realtors create a great business with purpose and with little pain.

Pain only comes in business when you are not consistent and have no purpose in your business and services. When setting up a service you need to have the best it can be. This is not easy, but it can be done and your  business will be successful because of it.
