It cost me money to list your house

Being a Real Estate Agent since 2000 and a Real Estate Investor since 1985 has given me the opportunity to see a lot of real estate and do a ton of deals. I see the ads for brokerages saying they have the best way to sale a home, but it really is their agent and their experience. How good is the agent and how long have they been a Realtor. 

Let give you an example why it is important that the agent selling your home has a lot of experience in selling real estate.  What does that mean? How many homes has your agent actually done? That is important in any type of representation you have in life. 

Personally I have done 100's and 100's of real estate transactions in my career being an agent buying, Selling and leasing. The key to getting any property sold is to know the strengths and weakness of that property. You also need a strong marketing program that will get potential buyers eyes on the property. 

In the current real estate market selling a home is a lot easier because of the lack of inventory.
