This property was a problem property for an investor. They called me and asked me to help fix the problem. The home was in a great area and needed the tenant to move out. They did not want to pay rent on time and that is always an issue.
We took on the home and evicted the tenant. We quoted the home to rehab and sell.
2 months later the home was rehabbed and as I was showing one of my investors the home they purchased it for full price.
Both investors are happy and the home will have a great cash flow.
