As an investor you need to be able to purchase a property and have a reasonable idea what you are buying. When you are purchasing abroad there are so many companies that are vying for your business. You need a seasoned professional that has a resume of doing investment homes successfully.
I see many investors that seem to purchase real estate then sell it and go to the next town. I have noticed that wholesalers really keep moving around and have their investors sell their homes, That is not always the best profit and portfolio management.
Having purchased homes for me and my investors I have stayed consistent in the Cleveland Ohio area for income real estate because of the prices, equity and consistent cash flow. In the last few years some clients have decided to sell their property and collect the profit on the equity their property has built.
They have also been able to create a great income on their monthly rent up to that point. Most investors simply turn around and buy again and start the whole process over.
