According to Zillow https://www.zillow.com/ Cleveland Ohio is the 2nd best place to invest your money in Real Estate.

"Real estate website "Zillow" just named the CLE one of the hottest housing markets in the United States.

Cleveland ranked number 2 in the top 1" let me explain why

The cost of real estate is excellent compared to the rest of the United states. I think the important factor is getting quality real estate that will both grow in value and get a good income from rent.

Cleveland is a treasure to affordability and quality of living. Living in Phoenix Az for 32 years I can tell you it's very expensive to live there. Cleveland gives me much more financial freedom to live my life.

For example you can get in a very nice area that has all the amenities anyone would want for $100,000 (some fixup required) to $350,000. These areas are full of restaurants and shopping.   

Investing in the Cleveland Ohio Metro since 2009 I have seen a lot of changes and for the better.

I saw one report that said we were 10% better than the nation, but I think it's even better than that.
