Real Estate Marking is mostly made by companies that advertise real estate like Realtor.com and other social sites. Most agents tend to lean in that direction when marketing their business.
Everyone thinks you can market with AI or other means and not have to do it yourself. That is not true unless you have very deep pockets.
Getting the word about your Real Estate Business takes devotion and knowledge to create the proper content and get views.
I was with a new agent last night that was with a team. When you are with a team as a Realtor your name is not mentioned in the sales in the MLS most of the time. That means your branding the team and not yourself. You also receive much less commissions.
Sometimes that is what agents want to do and that is all good. The issue is the cut with the team from your commissions and all the other costs associated with being a Realtor.
Being a Realtor that creates a lot of transactions, a resume and knowing how to get your services out to the public and those people using you as a Realtor. That marketing plan I have worked on for 25 years and still creating new ways to do it. Being consistent and learning platforms that work for my business makes me Successful!
