What does a property Look like when they are Updated?

 

Here are the pictures a potential client got from their contractor to show that the property was completed.

They ask for an inspector which I sent out to get the "finished" home a great bill of health. The property was already 6 weeks into rehab. (our rehabs take approx 4 weeks)  When we got the report the investor thought we were all wet in finding a property that was not close to done.  In fact the investors just wanted me to get the small punch list that needed done. So I went to the house yesterday and click below to see what I found? 

If you watched the video you can see that the home was not done but the workers were still there! The only reason they were there is because I was coming out to see the finished product.
