Inspections do to things for my clients 1. Find any major defect (which is rare because I go through first before we inspect). 2 Get all the minor issues listed so our crews can address them when we do the rehab. 3. Minor issues will also be on the quote. Really the only thing that cannot be seen sometimes is the basement and if it has any needs that have to be addressed.
