Always having Real Estate services was something I always did for my clients and that helped them both save money and find the hard to find real estate for their home or portfolio.
Since that time I have realized that the real estate services that are offered through me must be my own companies. So that is what I have done for me and my clients. Setting up my own services that answer to me and my clients. Changes can me made quickly if needed for any services.
For example I have dealt with some property management companies that had their profits more in mind than mine. So I changed that and started two different property management companies in Ohio and Arizona that have very happy clients that get their income checks and have quality tenants. Income property should be exciting and profitable for real estate investors. Having property management and quality real estate allows that to happen for my clients.
Another example is repairing or rehabbing real estate. In most cases I am the same price or less, but the big factor is the job is done right! Having licensed electricians, HVAC Techs, Plumbers, and general contractors that work for me gives my clients top priority for their projects. It also allows them freedom to get what they need done to their real estate without worrying.
Marketing your real estate to buy,sell, or rent is done by me and Lori. We have real estate licenses in Ohio and Arizona and understand both markets. That saves my clients both money and time looking for real estate. We also have discounted listing rates for our clients to save them money selling their property. We have cutting edge marketing that gets your home seen.
All our construction projects have a catalog of pictures and videos that are taken weekly to update our clients on their projects. We keep these records and our clients can use them when they need them. Also it helps when you sale the property, appraisers like to see the upgrades and we always get our appraisals.
Lastly you get people who care about your success and work hard to make it happen. We do not mark properties up, or make huge profits on each property. We just get the best deals available and have all the services you need at your fingertips.
