De-stressing the home-shopping experience.....is what I do

Buying a home can be an experience that can be stressful and not so stressful. Me and my clients like the experience to be low stress and a ton of fun! Looking at homes that you might purchase should be a positive experience. Finding a home can really be a fun experience.

For example I had a out of town client that needed to purchase a home in 4 days while they were in town. That meant that my schedule was theirs. We whisked around North Olmsted and looked at a lot of homes before finding that perfect home. We bought a home at $190,000 under asking price, because it needed some minor updating. I helped them get all the updating lined up for the home while they where relaxing out of state.

Finding real estate online can be difficult without the right tools. My website is updated daily with new listings and gets rid of the homes that have a contract on them. There are a lot of the larger home real estate websites and they are not updated like a Realtors website. We pay steep fees to ensure we have the most up to date information on individual properties. I sold in Strongsville this year that the client initially did not want to look at. They had looked at the pictures online and did not think they would like it. I called him and told him this was their perfect home that fit all his families needs, and we could get it at a great price. He agreed to look at the next day. They now live there and love their new home, and got a great price to boot.

Experience counts also in the real estate business 10000+ Transactions and counting. It takes a lot of clients to learn how to look at their housing needs and what home will fit them best. Need a home? Call Brett 216-703-5740 EXP Realty  and 602-363-6551 EXP Realty
