How much property will $250,000 get you? Study ranks Cleveland #2

Cleveland is a very affordable place to live according to https://www.wkyc.com/ . You can get a over a 4600 SF Home for that price in Cleveland.

The key is buying the best home at the price and get a good location and still getting a great deal? You need to have a Realtor to guide your through all the different locations and what they offer you.  Understanding those key factors and where to get the great real estate for the money creates a very pleasurable living space.

Dealing with a lot of investment real estate, I can find exceptional deals for home owners looking for that type of property. I personally look daily at homes on the market to try and find the best deals available. Locating them and getting my clients the information they need to succeed.

That is just the beginning of finding the right home, you also have many other items that need addressed. As a Realtor I handle all that for my clients.

The great thing about the Cleveland Metro area is all the different cities that are located there. If you cannot find real estate in one city there is usually two or three more around to get homes from.

For example Beachwood Ohio has University Heights, Highland, Lyndhurst, Woodmere, Moreland Hills, Orange, Orange Village that are very close by. This allows the home buyer to at least have a few more options to choose from.

$250,000 will get you a nice home in the suburbs of Cleveland and you need to have a real estate agent that knows those areas and how to find the properties.

Personally I have done 100's of real estate transactions in the Cleveland Metro area (118 transactions in 2019). As a home buyer you want to have a real estate agents that gets things done.

If you need that type of agent call me I'm Brett 216-703-5740 ICON Agent at EXP Realty Ohio or
