Why Strong Systems Matter When Finishing an Investment Property
Getting an investment property completely finished can take a lot of work, coordination, and constant follow-up. The property at 217 Grand in Bedford, Ohio, was a perfect example.
Our deadline was quickly approaching, and I could see that the property might not be completed on time without additional help. Instead of allowing the project to drag on, I stepped in and contacted several contractors. They came out to install the heater, paint the rear decks, and help complete the remaining work.
I do not believe a construction project should take forever. That is why our system works so well. We continuously monitor the progress, communicate with the contractors, and make sure the work is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
The other major concern with this project was the budget. We needed to stay within the approved budget while still making sure the work was completed correctly. The contractor finished the project and will return today to perform one final inspection. I will also personally recheck the property before arranging professional photography and video.
Our turnkey cash-flow system provides investors with everything they should expect from a real estate investment team. We inspect the entire property, coordinate the necessary repairs, prepare it for the rental market, and offer it to our investors at a discounted price.
This Bedford property should rent easily and attract a qualified, long-term tenant.
Strong systems are crucial when building a successful real estate portfolio. Investors need experienced professionals who will monitor the construction, control the budget, solve problems, and make sure the property is properly completed.
We have those systems in place—from purchasing and renovations to leasing and property management.
