Updating a property for a client is about more than getting the work done quickly — it is about keeping the client informed every step of the way.

A big part of my YouTube channel is dedicated to weekly property updates, showing clients exactly where their project stands during construction. This helps my investors see what is being done, understand what items are needed, and feel confident that their property is being watched closely.

For international and out-of-state investors, this is extremely important. They are not here in person, so weekly updates help ease their mind and show them that their investment is being taken care of properly.

After 1200+ properties, I have built a system around communication, weekly site visits, contractor accountability, and making sure the right work gets done before problems become expensive.

I have received many calls from investors who could not get contractors to finish the job, or who were stuck in a cash-draining construction mess. That is exactly why I built my company this way — so my clients do not have to deal with that.

Before we purchase a property, we look at what it needs, what the numbers look like, and what it will take to make it a successful income-producing investment.
